Permits expire at the end of any given month. Must be student completing placements with NLHS. Applicants may email easternhealth@concordparking.com with proof of placement to apply for an access code. Following purchase an internal mailing address to the location the placement is being completed may be provided in email to have the permit sent to that address at an NLHS location.
